How to purchase a Terraclime System

Step 1. Click the "Free Consultation" link on our home page and provide your information.

Step 2. One of our energy professionals will contact you to discuss your heating and cooling needs. During the conversation they will ask you about your building. Please have as much information available as possible. This will allow us to give you a more accurate analysis of YOUR energy needs.

Step 3. A heat loss/gain analysis, referred to as a Manual J, will be contracted for your structure. A fee is charged for completing the Manual J.

Step 4. Once your heating and cooling needs are determined and your energy use defined, a proposal will be prepared for defining the most beneficial geothermal system for your needs and site layout. If you are happy with our determination, simply sign the contract, pay the first installment and you are on your way to reducing your carbon footprint and energy independence!
